The burgers are good and the wait time is much shorter than most other on-campus restaurants. But it used to be so much better... before this year. When the university installed self-order kiosks in all the restaurants, it cut about half the menu items,which affected most on-campus restaurants but the Grill in particular (it no longer serves sweet potato fries or the Queen Kong,which had guac on it). The kiosks also make it more difficult to get a water cup or remove items from a burger, which is a realhassle. Everyone knows kiosks never work as well as a real person, and they're probably using this as an excuse to pay theworkers less. They've always been short staffed here so I see how they're trying to fix that, but the real solution is to hiremore people, not take jobs away from the people they do have Read more
