If you like hamburgers, you have come to the right place. It seems they have varieties of burgers, sandwiches and wraps for all... occasions. With your meals (or just as a stand-alone), they also offer quite a line of "bottomless" sides (steak fries, sweetpotato fries, onion rings, side salads, fried green beans, steamed broccoli). Now it seems you only receive a small portion ofsides at a time compared to other establishments, so if you want to eat lots of side items you have to keep ordering more. Imake an observation that some wait staff are on point with this process, but others are not so much like anything else as far ascustomer service wise. I often come here during my lunch break from Wegmans which is across from Red Robin. I have severe food allergies and Jenn... always has been very helpful and wonderful in accommodating to them and making the food. Whenever we call ahead she also alwayshas the meal ready for my lunch break - everyone there is super nice. Highly recommend. Read more

I went out with my family last night for a quick bite to eat around 7:20pm, and we all thought burgers sounded great! We were... sat right away and had our drinks delivered quickly, which is always appreciated. The burgers and food were exactly what we werelooking for... unfortunately, despite that, we ended up not having a great time during our meal. This location closes at 10pm,but by 8:20 staff was loudly cleaning the section we were eating in and smacking the broom against the dustbin. Normally thisdoesn't bother me, I get it, cleaning needs to happen and I have been a server before - but I am not exaggerating by saying thatit was the tables directly adjacent to us, to the point where one member of staff was just standing directly behind my chairsmacking the broom against the dust bin for several minutes, to then do the same thing around everyone else at our table, lol.It was so awkward that honestly we all just couldn't help but laugh at first. In the end, I think we all would have understoodif it was a spot touch up or a quick tidy for a mess that needed to be cleaned, but a full 30 minute deep clean the entire timewe were trying to talk and eat? It wasn't like we were there close to close or holding anyone up, either. It came across likethe staff wanted us to leave so they could close front of house early, so we hurriedly wrapped up to leave at 8:45 withoutordering any desserts which we would have gotten otherwise.
