How can you mess up a famous bowl. I ordered 2 and one had no gravy. Enough corn for 5 people. The tenders were dried up like... they were cooked this morning. Me and my family came to the store to eat on 8/28. I don?t normally go to KFC because I do prefer Popeyes chicken but the line... at that store was long so I decided to go here. Big mistake! I sat in line for 30 minutes and once I got to the order window shetells me to slow down giving my order because they one have two employees. You could tell they hate their jobs. I live inCollierville and won?t be back to this one. Shame on the management of this store. It?s seems no one cares about customerservice anymore. Read more
This is the worst KFC in Memphis, the lack of professionalism is appalling. I had the drive through lady older bright skin lady,... stare at me with anger for no apparent reason. They even gave me the wrong order on purpose. Something made me check the orderbefore driving off. Don?t waste your time there. Read more
