Pizza Hut is great. My two granddaughters love the just the plain pizzas and never hear a complaint.
ordered thru their website today, after about 20-30 minutes a manager called to let me know that they had no drivers. he got it... sent to me through door dash and it was still fast, he was super friendly and profesional!! i wish i caught his name becausethat was the best customer service i?ve experienced in a long time!! Pizza Hut Collerville, TN store manager was rude and yelled at customer for asking for their order which apparently on app said... ready to pickup. Also, customer politely asked once for order but the manager was short staffed and decided to take it out oncustomer. Ultimate an employee jump in and handle the situation. No one even bother to apologize and delivered the pizza 30 minslate. Customer suffered a lot of racism and verbal abuse. Customer was calm and decided to report this behavior to customerservice. Never ever going to Pizza Hut again! ????Domino?s ???????????? is on time and treat their customer with respect andnot vent on customer because of manager is having bad day. We are paying for Pizza not to get insulted and wait for 30 minsafter it says your Pizza is ready in app. Read more
