Employees are friendly. Service is good, but how can you be out of whip creme at a Starbucks?? Also this restaurant is filthy.... Trash is everywhere on the floors and tables are disgusting. Very disappointed. Read more
I ordered a Venti White Chocolate Mocha with 3 Splendas and when I got my cup it wasn't full.
Bizarre experience. Barista wasn't making orders in sequence or according to the tickets that print out, she was tossing the... tickets aside and shouting to customers and asking what they ordered. So unless you shoved your way to the front, you didn'tget your order. Other employees just standing around with lost looks on their faces. Dont come here often but decided to swing by at lunchtime. Line of cars in drivethru so i went in and was helped immediately.... Unfortunately my black coffee was not very hot, almost luke warm. I thought about going back but didnt have time. I wonder ifthey can mess up black coffee what else can they mess up? Read more

Every single time I... ask for something that is suppose to warm? like a breakfast sandwich or asking before hand that please make sure such is such iswarm. I get it cold every single time.
