Would have loved to get food here however the employees were to worried about smoking weed outside instead of their job. There... was no food except Turkey and the sides. Read more

They can't be serious. I spent $40 ordering from this location on doordash and half my order didn't come and what did come was... trash. PLEASE JUST CLOSE THE STORE. - I paid $5 for chicken noodle soup which was all broth, some carrots and celery, 4 noodlesand literally no chicken. None. - the "chicken Cobb salad" was some hot lettuce and chicken... no cheese, no corn salsa, nodressing.. just wilted, hot lettuce in a steamy bowl w some chicken - I ordered chicken bowl with rice and chicken andvegetables and gravy.. I got a container of vegetables and chicken.. no gravy. No rice. So I still had to cook rice and heat upgravy at home which completely defeated the purpose of "ordering out" - I thought that at least the chicken pot pie was safebecause how can you mess that up, right? WRONG. I stuck my fork in the center of the pie and there was no crust, it wasliterally dough in the center so I wound up having to put that in the oven to cook fully. I should have known better than toorder from here because of the last 2 times I ordered from here, once my chicken pot pie didn't have a single piece of chickenand the second time, the order got cancelled by the store 30 minutes after I ordered (I guess that's how long it took them torealize they didn't have the ingredients?) They take absolutely no pride in giving the customer quality food or even remotelywhat they pay for. This is not only a waste of money but also time because you still have to cook items and replace things theydon't send. I thought the Clifton heights location was bad because they sometimes left things off the order but this place herehas literally not one redeeming quality. Read more

No. The food tastes like it was made in Boston, driven down here in someone?s back seat and forgotten about, and looks about... the same. The macaroni was off colored and when I tried to touch it with my fork..way, way over saturated. Not the employeesfault, it is for sure the result of a lack of business and profit consideration. Yuck though. Read more

Staff were fast and friendly but completely screwed up my order. With only two customers in the building it should have been... easy. I ordered 1/4 chicken dark. They gave me white instead and it was old, dried out and tough. It should have been thrown outrather than served to a customer. The one thing a chicken place should get right is the chicken--especially for $10, I shouldhave got a delicious piece of tender rotisserie chicken instead of a tough piece of shoe leather that had been sitting aroundfor who knows how long. This is easily the worst meal I ever received from a Boston Market. I saw the bad reviews and decidedto give them a chance anyway--big mistake! Don't waste your money at this location. Go somewhere else. Read more
