This place looked very playful and not serious at first glance. I decided to go inside and check it before bringing my whole... family there (we have 4 kids). Inside it looks very neat and nice, freshly renovated, comfortable and very clean. I've been tothe washroom and it's very clean too. We decided to make a stop at this place and have lunch there. Staff was extremely polite,helpful and accommodating. Everything was tasty and super big by size (soup bowls were so big that you can easily share between2-3 members of the family). What I like even more is that they have their own garden outside on patio. They grow their ownherbs. We really liked the place. Will definitely recommend this spot to others. Read more
Authentic Vietnamese food, even better than some GTA restaurants. The rice dish is very flavourful and takes me right back to... Vietnam. The Viet coffee is easily the best I?ve had in Canada. Minh's is a must go for anyone who has sudden cravings for authentic Vietnamese cuisine like my partner and I did during our... recent trip to Collingwood. This urban and trendy spot seemed so out of place surrounded by its business strip plazas, grocerybox stores, and permanently closed buffet neighbours. Our server was incredible friendly and observant. My mild complaint wasthe spring rolls, which at $8 per pair, was quite pricey. However, the pho ($18-19) was appropriate for the town, tasty, andportion size was filling. The... owner brought out our food, he?s very proud of his business and claims that they have the best recipes of pho and theirsignature lemongrass pork chop broken rice dish.
