I picked up the Thanksgiving meal for 4-6 people on that I pre-ordered a few days earlier. They had it ready and waiting, and it... was all packed perfectly for me (in a large box where nothing could spill). For $104, the expectations were high, and Bob Evansdelivered. Just stopped in for dinner. The food is really good and people really friendly. In the past they have always had problem with... flies but this time it was really bad. I got the chicken breast sort of mexican style dinner and paid $14.50. I spent most ofmy time waving off flies either walking on my food or trying to land on my food. It's terrible to try to cut up your chickenbreasts (2) and fight off flies. You can always count on flies when you eat out side but most people eating indoors do not wantthem on their food while eating. There are other restaurants in this area and I have never had this problem eating at theseplaces. The only thing is if the flies are so bad in the dinning room what's it like in the kitchen? I had to leave some offood behind because the flies had walked all over it. I did make a complaint and was told, "We are so sorry". Read more

We had a late Thanksgiving (on Sunday), but I put my order in on Monday Nov. 21st for the Farmhouse Feast for 4 people. When I... got there to pick it up Sunday, they were out of pumpkin pie. I ordered an additional "triple berry pie" and ended up with somekind of square berry strudel thing. Although the sides were plentiful, the main course WAS NOT. 4 pieces of ham, cut in half.So, each person only got 2 half pieces of ham. I was EXTREMELY EMBARRASSED.
