Knowing it's a drive thru they should have a few items cooking in anticipation of orders instead of creating a line of cars... reaching to the street due to their slow speed in fulling orders. Manager needs to keep his dirty hands away from food afterhandling dirty money and credit cards this very unsanitary. This also the slowest Burger King in the Bay Area and after all this do not even melt the cheese on the burger. In-n-Out has better taste, deal and experience. Read more

There are only a few Burger Kings left on the Peninsula. This one was remodeled and isn't that bad in terms of service. The... staff is nice and they seem to get your order ready rather quickly.
