Food was good and hot. Service was bad until the manager stepped in. Went thru the drive thru. First and foremost, could not... understand a thing the young man said. I thought it could be the speaker. Wrong. Got to the window and understood nothing theyoung man said except pull up. Receipt? hardly. After waiting over 5 mins, I decided to go inside to the counter. Finally afterabout 2 mins someone finally asked if I needed help. When I told the lady about my order and waiting, she left the counter andgot the Mgr (I assume he was because he appeared to be the only person who knew anything). The food here was a big disapppontment.The chicken was hard and didnot have the savory flavor and taste KFC is known for.The... biscuit also tasted flat and was cold.The mashed potatoes were ok.Service was slow even though there were 3 customers at thetime.I will not buy from this location again. Lately KFC fries which I think they maybe tweaked their recipe on but man those crispyseasoned fries so good I frequently order them in two's and also in the biggest size they come in! Not to mention the chickenpot pie ???? is an always anytime favorite!
