I am not one to complain unless I?m extremely bothered. I came in to this location yesterday 8:20 and they closed at 9. The... associate said she couldn?t make any ?hot? sandwiches because the grill and toaster were not working. I sent in a complaint tothe store for the unacceptable behavior of the associate for simply not wanting to serve my husband and I for the simple reasonthat she didn?t want to clean again. The manager of the store calls me the next morning apologizing for the behavior of herassociates and offers me a combo if I would like to return a different time or day. I go in to get dinner for my husband and Ionce again. I let the associate know that the manager said I would get a free combo for the situation I had to encounter. Theassociate said the manager only said to take off the drink and chips. I?m upset because I came given this location benefit ofthe doubt and I one don?t even get a full combo taken off. I came back because the manager said she?d make it right so that Ireturn. I?ve worked in service my whole life and $3 off is not making it right. I?ll take my business elsewhere. Read more
All I can say is just try the Philly cheese steak sandwich. I'm so glad they brought this food chain to Socal. The last time I ... ate at a firehouse Sub was in North Carolina when I visited my grandmother for the first time and she took me there to try theBBQ beef sandwich and I fell in love with food. Hello, I?ve had Firehouse subs several of times. All the times the sandwiches where made at high expectation. 9:45 pm walked... into the location ordered our sandwich. Received our sandwich but it was made incorrectly, got white instead of wheat bread. Idid touch the sandwich without thinking.. about to bite it when I realized it was white bread. Asked front girl (I don?t knowher name) that we had ordered wheat. She had all black hair felt like she was rude, maybe not in the mood of working, almost notin the mood to do our sandwich. Ive worked in food chains and customers always come first, instead of leaving me the sandwichthe girl tossed it in the trash. Asked another employee ?can you come remake this sandwich? I was shook in the attitude she gavedidn?t even say ?oh sorry don?t worry we will correct it?. As she walked away I don?t know what she threw in the front but itwas a loud slam. Wow just the rudest crew!!! I went in last night asked for a meatball sub and the girl gave me a Turkey club I called to tell... her she I got the wrong sandwich she started arguing with me over the phone I told her I dont wanna play the blame game I justwanna switch the sandwich. I showed up and asked for a refund instead of the sandwitch she said no 2 times and made the sandwicheven after I told her ?I dont like upset ppl making my food cuz im afraid they might spit in it? I dont like fighting withstrangers so I just let her. I got home and the sandwich looked like trash. I called and said I just want my money back andthats it, she said come tomorrow I said ok I went in this morning and got a nasty mouth full from the Manager I told her I askedfor a refund the night before and she said ?u only asked 2 times?
