10/10!!! I ordered the Bistro Burger minus bacon, with regular fries and wasn’t disappointed. The garlic aioli and goat cheese... complimented each other beautifully. Will be getting again. Read more
I gotta say, last night we attempted to eat dinner at BJ’s after sitting at a car dealership for hours. They explained there... was a 30 minute wait, which was actually 40 minutes (no big deal). It was very clear that the employees were spread thin.Honestly, it looked completely chaotic. The bathroom was in shambles, no toilet paper, no soap. Even still, we were greeted atour table with a HUGE smile by our waiter, Calvin. He kept an energized, happy face, even though we knew he had to be stressedout beyond belief. Unfortunately, after being there for 2 hours, they didn’t make my husbands food. At that time, we told himthat we were just going to leave. He completely understood, took the food off the bill but still packed it up in to-gocontainers. We didn’t expect any of that but it was such a nice gesture. The manager approached us and profusely apologized.He even took several minutes to talk with us. After the manager left our table, he was found at another table removing plates.Even though it was not the best time, the employees at this restaurant made it right for sure! Thank you! Read more
Came here with a friend and took a chance on ordering the Tri-tips and grilled chicken. The Tri-tips were excellent and the... chicken was dry but an overall great meal. The sides were tasty and the house lager was weak, as expected, yet surprisinglytasteful. The music playing overhead was a pretty good mix.. brought me back to late high school/early college music so that wasa nice reprise. Our server was on top of it and assisted us with our questions about selections. Ambience in the place resemblesa sports bar with TVs all around the upper perimeter of the restaurant. So the food is usually pretty good, but the service is definitely lacking. DH and I love the clam chowder, but never get what we... order through DoorDash. He orders the chowder with a bread bowl and I get the soup and salad combo. We order at least once amonth and are finally fed up with the order fulfillment. For a while, we tried ordering 3 soups to see if we got at least 2,but that failed. DH has been ordering extra food because he has no hope that our orders would be filled correctly To be clear,this is a restaurant problem and NOT a Door Dash problem. The restaurant is not putting the right food in the bag. Sometimes thebag was stapled shut, so not a Door Dash problem. What if a family orders 3 of the same thing for 3 people, and they only get1? Attached are photos of today’s order. The soup container is usually completely full, today was barely half full. My Caesarsalad had the freaking stem of the lettuce head in it. Who the heck puts that in a salad?!?! DH ordered the Santa Fe salad andwas happy with it. The chowder was as good as usual with plenty of clams in it. Read more

I like this restaurant, but my last couple of visits have gotten worse each time. Tonight, we went early, and waited about 30... minutes to be seated. It took about 15 minutes to get a glass of water, and a few more minutes for the waitress to come to takeour drink order. We asked that our food order be taken at the same time. The food was fine - we got burgers. But the priceswent up dramatically for the entrees. More importantly, not only did the price go up, it comes with no side. For example, apasta dish comes with .. pasta. A salad is $5.15 more - a new charge. With a drink, you will spend $30 for an entree meal,plus a tip. It's not worth it anymore. I went to the washroom - no paper towels to dry my hands. My wife shared that theladies room was very dirty. We'll try a new place. Read more
