The person finishing our sandwiches was at the register, and had hair extensions down to counter top height. She ran her hands... over her mask and down the extensions after ringing up our order. She reached for our rolls without changing her gloves.Disgusting even if it wasn't in the middle of covid. They did put on fresh gloves when we requested, but should have done soanyway. Went with my daughter for dinner. Ordered two combos but the cashier only rang one up as a meal. I expected to be billed for two... and had no problem completing a second transaction, however, he rang them up individually and I paid more than I should have. Hewas so difficult to order from and to speak with that I gave up trying. The food was good but there was no knives to cut thesandwich and it wasn't cut. I asked for napkins and I was directed to reach behind the counter, no big deal but the employeesseemed bothered by providing napkins. They did offer to bring my food back behind the counter, after a bite had been taken outof it, but I declined. Owner you may want to retrain that team.
