The managers name is Elena, she is an older Hispanic lady. She was very rude when she was going to give us our order. When I... asked her for ketchup she said 'I don't have ketchup' and walked pass me. I asked another girl who worked there and she gave mea handful. She also doesn't treat the other employees respectfully. When a boy who works there tried to get her attention forhelp, she yelled out at him 'What do you want?!' and looking through the comments, I see that there are a lot of negativereviews about her but why isn't anyone doing anything about it? The manager, a small older lady, was very grumpy and rude. She handed me my food and I thanked her, then I asked for some... ketchup and she completely ignored. I assumed she didn't hear me so I patiently waited and when she walked by again I asked forsome ketchup and she rolled her eyes and ignored me and walked passed me to talk to another employee. I was very surprised. Iasked the nice girl who just came in for her shift if she could grab me some ketchup and happily helped me.
