Went here because I heard they had Big Red. Being from Texas we miss big red a lot. Ended up eating here and everything we... ordered was really good. I'm not a big mac and cheese fan, but I ordered a side for my kid, it was some of the best mac n cheeseI've ever had. I normally wouldn't order that for myself but i will every time i visit, because it was that good. Pulled chickenwas really good and I loved all the bbq sauce options. This place is great. Mission BBQ's brisket is about as close to Texas brisket that you will find in Maryland. The ribs are very... tender and very flavorful. The smoked salmon is excellent. The sides are varied and pretty good. The prime rib is delicious -it is not offered on a regular basis. They rotate special menu items. The rib eye is one of those. It could be more tender. TheJuicy Lucy is another. Could be juicier. The service is amazing. They will greet you when you walk in. Mission does not offertable service but a worker does visit the tables to check on customers sometimes at some locations. Mission's theme is builtaround military, law enforcement, fire and football. The place an emphasis on the local police and fire. Every store is adornedwith photos and patches that represent every above mentioned force. They also have monitors that show pics of members. There aremilitary slogans sprinkled about. Their appreciation for the police, fire and military is obvious. This is Mission's mission,show love to those on a mission. They are easy to find.
