I had the absolute worst experience tonight. I ordered through the app, and 30 min later they texted me and said my order was... out for delivery. Which I though wow that was fast. So 40 minutes later, I get a text from door dash saying Pizza Hut is usingthem to deliver my order. I was confused because of the last text. So I called and someone told me it was still there andwaiting on a driver. Finally at 7:45pm, the driver was on the way to me. He arrived at 8pm, and my order was incorrect. I wasmissing my two drinks, and my hot and saucy boneless wings. I asked the driver where?s the rest of my order. He says ?that?s allthey gave me ?. So now I?m calling back, very irritated, and NOBODY ANSWERS. I continued to call several more times and still noanswer. I ended up calling 9 times before calling customer service to complain. Afterwards I called 6 more times and still noone answered. This is so unprofessional. As a reputable business, they should have better systems in place to handle errors andsuch. Not just ignore the callers. At this point I just want a full refund so I can order somewhere else. But sadly customerservice said it will take 3-5 business days before someone can handle my complaint. This is just ridiculous. Pizza Hut needsbetter management and staff!! Read more
I ordered and paid for 4 pasta dishes, but I only received 3. I called the store multiple times to resolve the issue, but no one... answered. This was only at 6:30pm so it wasn't late at night. Next I called the call center and they tried to contact thestore, but still no one answered. That was my last order with Pizza Hut. Read more
Ordering was easy, the pizza's were made correctly, and they were ready when they said they would be. Good service.
I would zero stars if I could, horrible service, I am thinking why did I even eating at Pizza Hut, the website says contactless... curbside delivery, but when you reach there in a sedan (everyone don?t use SUV?s all the time) the person coming to put it inthe car asks to come out of the car and open trunk since sedans cannot fully open when you hit the switch, so what is the use ofcontactless, very arrogant person, like will you open it or should I throw pizza on your face. Understandable that it was a Friday & many people are ordering for deliveries, however, we ordered at 830p and didn?t get our... pizza delivered until 1040p (20 min before closing). My friend not only called for an update, but on her first attempt to seewhat?s going on? the call ?oddly? ended while on hold. Finally the pizza came & as went to eat, the pizza looked pale, doughy(which I confirmed with the first bite & attempted to put it in the oven to continue to cook), and the bottom was falling offeach slice. I immediately called multiple times because this is unacceptable. It?s far from wrong. OF COURSE no answer. Order almost $70 worth of food they use door dash it was the wrong order delivered and here it is going to be 9:30pm before I... get my new order and have kids and family to feed. Absolutely ridiculous that I placed an order at 7:30 and not getting my fooduntil 9:30. Will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again definitely will just either do carry out for the one on Route 108 orjust go with another Pizza place. Read more
They didn't get my order right. Maybe extra crispy was too much to ask for. The toppings were thrown on in the center of the... pizza. Contactless delivery was not honored. I get it's a pizza hut but where is the attention to detail? Is it really thatdifficult to read? The pizza arrived fast but that doesn't matter to me, quality over quantity. Read more
