Visited the location and received extremely poor customer service. I was ignored by the employee that was working after knocking... on the window for 5 minutes. Mind you, me and this employee had eye contact and I was still ignored. Once this employee openedthe window he stated that he was cleaning and could not open the window because they closed in 10 minutes. I then proceeded toask for the manager?s information and was ignored until another employee provided the information. After speaking with the ownerhe seemed like he was in a rush to get off the phone and constantly talked over me. I highly doubt this issue will be addressed.Poor service all around. I highly recommend going to the location 10 min away in King?s Contrivance to receive better service. Read more
Rita?s is my favorite way to end a long day & my go to hot day treat. Had some hiccups with an order, as they?re... transitioning/training the new fall staff but the owners are really responsive to feedback which made all the difference; & atthe end of the day, delicious is delicious. Read more
