The employees were very rude when asked of the flavors of ice cream as they were not displayed in the drive thru line. We were... then asked the get out of line so others could order and when we proceeded forward like asked, the employee flipped us off. Whenwe did ask for flavors, they were out of all of them. Went to the one on South Providence at 8:26 pm. Google said it is open until 11pm. The door stated the drive thru is open but... the lobby is not due to be short staffed (I understand this). We attempted the drive thru and received an automatic message thatthey were closed. When we drove around, we saw an employee with a headset on smoking a cigarette with another person. Read more
No flavors posted on sign. Lobby not open. Workers are rude and lazy. Would not serve a walk up family who had a camper that... would not fit under the drive thru overhang. Great place to fire all the staff and start over. Drive on past. They really don?twant the business. Read more
This location shares a dining room and drive through with a Dinkin Donuts so it might be confusing at first. This doesn't change... the quality and classic Baskin-Robbins flavor options however. We ordered a medium chocolate shake and two scouts in a wafflecone. Absolutely delicious and well worth the slightly increased costs over soft serve and other similar offerings in thesouthern providence area. Read more

Walked in at 3pm with the kids after school for a last day of school treat and the employees were lounging in one corner with 2... other people while the rest of all the chairs were shoved up in front of the ordering counters. They had apparently cleaned thefloors but everything was dry. Several ice cream flavors were empty and out of stock, employees didn?t seem to care aboutanything. Ice cream tubs were gummy on top and looked nasty. One kid ordered a banana split and the two employees never madeit, just stared at us while other customers looked at the dilapidated ice cream selection. I had to move the chairs out from infront of the ice cream display for other customers to see. It appears as though the employee?s friends were the other onessitting in the corner? Just lounging, not eating or buying anything just taking up the only space to sit. Pitiful demonstrationof business practice. The manager should be totally ashamed. At least the floor was clean.
