My girlfriend and I stopped at Beet Box on our way though Columbia. I got the shawarma wrap, which I thought was... perfect. However, my girlfriend got the humus bowl and asked for it to be dairy free. What she got looked great, but it haddairy on it. She retuned it asking for it to be dairy free and was given it back dairy free, but also missing other ingredientslike the fermented veggies. We kind of figured it was just due to the lunch rush, so we will probably try again the next timewe?re in the area. The brunch does look delicious! Read more

The food is so fresh and delicious. I drove all the way to Columbia just to try this place. The menu is small, but the flavors... make up for it.
