I just threw $30 away. I like to eat and I love bbq of almost any kind. The staff was nice enough but the food was not good. I... had pulled pork, chicken, mac n cheese and street corn. It all tasted like vinegar and mayonnaise mixed together except the macand cheese that tasted like nothing. To make it worse it was all cold. I won't be back. Read more
We had the Pulled pork sandwich with zesty slaw, Pork belly burnt ends with Mac and cheese, Mango habanero burnt ends with baked... beans, Pulled pork Grilled cheesez with chips, and the new Fusion Burger with chips. We also got 3 fountain drinks. Final billwas $120 (including a 20% tip). The burnt ends were a little dry on this particular occasion (not on any of the rest) but stillgood. Bud's is a fun new BBQ spot in Columbia at the heart of downtown. I wish I could rate it 4.5 because the whole experience was... great but their menu is a little restrictive (not a lot of room for substitutions etc) and hopefully that will adjust over time.Otherwise though, the burger was awesome, the brisket a friend got was cooked very well, and their drink menu both beer andcocktails was extensive. We'll be back for sure soon and you should give it a shot as it's definitely some of the best BBQ inColumbia. Read more
Came in for drinks and an appetizer but wish I had ordered a meal because everything looked so good. Friendly attentive staff,... large selection of draft specialty cocktails and a decent number of beers. Bar was huge with plenty of TV's and space to mingle.Hopefully next time I'll get to try some of the BBQ. Read more
