As we pulled into Burger King there was no cars I'm parking lot or in drive thru. The lady at drive thru said can you wait a... couple minutes and I'll be with you all. We ordered the 2 for $6 the fish sandwich and the burger both add cheese and no mayo onthe burger. This below is what we received from Burger King. I want to know whomever made this order would they eat this orderpicture below. I called and spoke with Amber and she stated bring it back and we'll make it over I told her we were heading outof town. She responded bring the receipt back in 48 hours and we'll refund it to you. I'm lost for words for the customerservice area of these food establishments. They have no pride and glory in their work by how the product comes out. The Burger King on Business Loop is SO MUCH BETTER than the one on Clark! The BK on Clark Ave. is so slow and all over the place... and not just since the Pandemic. It's been years since I ate Burger King but I thought I would give it a try yesterday. I dined in I ordered the $5 meal deal. It... consisted of a southwest whopper junior without tortilla chips, small fries, chicken nuggets 4 pieces and a small drink. Theemployee didn't say hi or anything until I said it 3 times. The employee stated they'll be bringing the food to the table. Theyshouted the order from the counter and the establishment only had 3 customers in the dining room. One employee was on her phoneand drinking a drink behind the counter which is very unprofessional. My meal was alright as everything was hot but the sandwichit was lukewarm. I love the food here but is not good food. I've been to this place 3 times and the service has been fine. What else can I say,... is Burger King. Stop pretending is a real restaurant. You order your food and get out. Don't make your order too complicated anddon't order too much and you'll be fine.
