I know so many places are struggling with finding help and this place is no different. The managers were in the kitchen cooking... and we had the BEST server. She did an excellent job and we got our food in a timely manner. Read more
Used to be a bad service place a year or two ago, but they have done great job. Their alex santafe burger is my favorite
Took about and hour and a half to get out food when restaurant was only at 25% capacity. Other customers were seated, served... their food, and left before we even got our food. Waitress waited until after an hour of waiting to tell us she forgot to giveour order to the kitchen. Read more
Excellent customer service! My fiance lost her appetite when her burger was pink in the middle, but we didn't even complain... before they asked and didn't charge us for it. The experience could've been better for her, but we were treated very well thewhole time. I would definitely go back. Read more

This was actually my first time at a Chilis. It was pretty decent. In my mind, I had them on the same level as an Applebee's,... and that seems a bit accurate. I wish their fries were a bit better.
