I ordered a steak bowl with double (extra) steak. I did not receive any steak at all in the bowl I ordered. I?m not sure how... someone can mess up on this.The lack of toppings from looking at other reviews seems to be a recurring issue. We as customersdeserve to get what we pay for. Read more
On 11/23 at 9:00 pm I came in to the store to get some food. I was told I had to choose from what it was left on the trays.... There was absolutely no meat and barely any chicken left. Unacceptable, might as well close at 9 pm if can?t give good customerservice. Read more
Well we came in and wife and I agree on same food we get. Guy actually ask me if I could have my own thought! Then Queso looked... like it was from 3 days prior ! Then the place was so nasty , the bathroom door wouldn?t lock. The bathroom had not tissue .Smelled. If my grandson hadn?t been so so hungry we wouldn?t have sat. So I cleaned our table and sat. Disgusting place. The windows were dirty and the door handle was sticky. Trash bins were full and debris was overflowing. ... Smelled like they had a sewer leak inside the store. The worst thing was the employees who touched their faces - with gloves on- and continued to prepare food. I will never visit this place again. 0/10, I do not recommend. Read more

Food is always great, but the mold in the drink station will make you lose your appetite. I've noticed that their lemonade/agua... fresca station has a lot of mold growing on it in between the drink tanks on the tray they sit on. A little gross -- makes mequestion how clean the rest of the place is and if their drink station has ever been throughly cleaned. Edit: I went there theother day and they finally cleaned the drink station up. It looked spotless. Read more
