Doing a day trip in Columbia with our dogs, and found this fantastic spot where we could sit outside and enjoy some fantastic... fare. We got to meet the head chef and what seemed like the whole staff as they came to say hi to the dogs, and they were allvery friendly and accommodating. We had the chef and waitress pick us out a menu, and they did not lead us astray. My favoritewas the lamb meatballs and baba ganoush, while my wife's favorite was the chicken fried cauliflower on pureed smoked sweetpotato. Flyover was delicious as always. I've been going to Flyover every year for my birthday (which I spend in Missouri I live in... South Carolina), My daughter introduced me to Flyover and it was a hit. Our favorite meal is the Catfish then we top it off withthe Chicken Fried Cauliflower. This time we also had the Creole Shrimp and Crawfish,which was delicious. The best thing is youcan order lots of small dishes and share them among your table. The Catfish is amazing it taste so so good. The food is sofresh and the flavors just melt on your tongue. Small Restaurant. The experience was wonderful. Service is great as soon as you walk in the door. Menu seems to change but the... experience does not.
