Great food, bad people. Social room used to be a fun and inviting place, but the staff has gone sour. They are rude and will do... anything to get an extra buck off of you. I’ve experienced this myself, and i’ve also had friends treated poorly there. Willnot be going back, unfortunately. Read more
Everyone knows The Social Room is where the party is at, but I’m here to talk about THE FOOD! Do not sleep on their tacos! And... their burger and fries combo is the best in town. The best part is their food pick up window outside of the building. Youdon’t need to party hardy to get your food, and they’ve got a bunch of seating outside! Holy moly. If you are in downtown Columbia, MO you gotta check this out. The late night eats alone are fantastic!
Love the food especially the Pinche Quesadilla. However, I don't go out much anymore because I'm living that Dad life like a... boss. So I relied on delivery services not only to support a local business but to get some great food as well. My 2 stars isbecause as of recently they have choose to not accept "special instructions" or requests/changes on the DoorDash app. My requestisn't crazy it's simply subbing the cheese fir regular instead of their spicy as hell house blend of cheese. Im now left withbeing unable to order from them which is unfortunate because it's one of my favorite places to order from later in the evening.I need my Pinche Quesadilla please don't keep it from me.. ???? Ordered food for pickup, took at least 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. At my original pickup time they... said it wasnt ready and i would recieve a text. No text, finally got my food after watching the cook lean on the counter and eatin front of me. My food was cold and the order wasnt even complete. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Read more
