Ordered fried pickles got cheese curds that were tough, cold, and overcooked. Ordered a Cobb salad received a salad that barely... covered the bowl and the grilled chicken tasted like old leftovers from a fridge . Gross . Save your money and go elsewhere! Read more
Today's visit to Zaxby's left me feeling like I was back in TN. (That's kinda like heaven.)The location was cleaner than I've... ever seen it. The employees were friendly, fast, and polite which is something that has lacked in the past. Didn't know if this place was open or not around 7:30pm because all lights on the outside were off but online said they were... open so we went ahead and pulled in to the drive through and they were in fact open. The lady we spoke to said the lights werejust broken. Ordered through the app and got a free meal with signing up including a drink and side. Only thing we didn't likewas they offer curbside but had to go in to get our orders after waiting like ten mins for them to come out. The first thing is when me and my husband walked through the door not one person said one word to us besides the customers that... were already there. Instead they just gave us this look of disgust which was on all of their faces which made me want to walkright back out, but I just went ahead and walked over to where it said delivery takeout on the counter after waiting for help ofcourse. and found my food with absolutely no help or words spoken from them to us except okay when I said oh this is mine and myhusbands. So when I picked it up from the actual box within the bag I noticed it felt kinda cold for supposedly being fresh orwhatever, (no we didn't pick it up late or anything we got there earlier than it said to..) anyway once we got home we open itto find no dipping sauce for either meal for which I double checked to make sure was on our order, which it was.
