I wish I could give this store 10 stars because of the great staff and the cleanliness and the promptness of food orders.... Because of my work schedule I?m usually in there late at night and everyone is great, particularly a manager name Chris. He?sa young guy who is super pleasant and began to recognize me after my third or fourth visit and yesterday I was waiting for anonline order and he passed the main register on to another employee and ran back to the food area and before you know it, Chrispersonally walked my order out to me and apologized for the wait. Such a great personality and hard worker and he knows how tokeep your customers happy! Seriously I order nacho grande and I get chips with sour cream. No cheese nothing else just sour cream chips really???
On our visit we experienced a misplaced credit card. My wife honestly thought the clerk had failed to return it to her. She was... wrong, but your staff provided the best customer service experience I have had in 30 years. We need to get back to that. Thereare places I won't even go because I have received such poor service, your crew deserves accolades for keeping their cool anddefusing what could have been an ugly day! (Especially for me. ????)
