I work as a bartender/server at a restaurant so I am always willing to give other service employees/establishments the benefit... of the doubt. Went to this location last Sunday and was surprised to see maybe 10 customers in the whole store. Now I know why.The bartender would not even change 1 of the 25 open TVs inside so we could watch the Giants game. We were forced to sitoutside. Our server Daisy worked hard but she was the only one helping the outside crowd. At least 7 employees wandering arounddoing nothing to help or support. It was difficult to get napkins or water once our food arrived. Hard to understand why it waseven open? New management and hours or training needed for the entire staff. Thanks to the kitchen staff for the delicious wingseven though we didn't get about half of our order. We weren't even mad. It was just embarrassing to watch. I sure hope you stayin business. The service was absolutely horrible. The meals were delivered one item at a time. I never received the fries and the waitress... did not refill our drinks. In addition, she suggested a 20% gratuity. I'm a generous person, I gave her 15%. A very negativeexperience! Read more
Our waitress/bartender Sharena was GREAT! She was attentive, nice and even though she was busy she was fast at serving us.

This is a well earned one star. I come here on Sunday to watch football. Service is very inattentive and soooo slow. Food... quality is about as expected - ok. Game day experience is lacking. Hard to believe this is a sports bar. Closed caption onthe screen, no signs identifying what games are on, no drink or food specials. The management needs to wake up and walk around. This is consistent every week. Update: a month later and nothing has improved. Glacially slow service, completelydisorganized game day plan for football. I?m going to find a new place to watch football on Sunday that has their act togetherand acts like they actually care about their customers.
