This place have begun to look run down. The quality of the food have suffered. This used to be my favorite restaurants in Forest... Acre. There is a difference in the quality of Food, Service, and the environment at China Kitchen. I've patronize this companyfor years. But, Not Anymore. Also, This company customers are mostly black and they giving nothing back to the Community or the02 HBCU near by Allen University & Benedict College. Not $1.00 given to these colleges or C.A. I went here last night and ate in the lobby. This is a no-frills place?the Chinese classics you?re craving. Opted for the... General Tso?s and a pork egg roll. Both were steaming hot and super fresh. I entered the restaurant to pay for my food and when I gave the Asian/Chinese woman my money, I expected her to return my change... to me. To my dismay, she decided that she would just keep my change and had to ask for my change, VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY, shesaid, well I didn?t think you needed your change. And I asked her does she need HER CJANGE?.and she responded, NO I DONATE(well I guess that?s what she was trying to say). I don?t care if it was one penny?..IT IS MINE! We exchanged comments backand forth (with other customers waiting) and finally I let her know that THIS LOYAL CUSTOMER WILL NOT PATRONIZE ANYMORE! And asI walked out, she responded, THATS FINE! I should have checked reviews since it?s been a while since I?ve eaten here. These are not the same people and the food is... reflecting that. Sigh. We had a good looooong run though.
