My first time going to this chipotle the cashier was arguing with a Middle Eastern man who was being more than rude and the... general manager kind of just shook her head and kept temping the food anyway while her cashier was getting yelled at and thenyou wonder why you?re understaffed. Then to add insult to injury the second time I followed up and tried to go to the Chipotle Iwas trying to go in about 10 to 15 minutes before it closed well the main door was locked and I didn?t know if the side door waslocked or not but everyone standing behind the line manning it staring at me laughing and continue to have a conversationinstead of at least pointing out was the door was unlocked as if they didn?t want to serve me or did not want my business andthen they also don?t have like most of the ingredients are supposed to have most of the time it?s giving subpar. I came into your restaurant today after work to get something to eat. When I tried to pay my app kept changing screens on me... telling me to update. Last time I did that I lost all my points and I didn't want to do that again since I'm about to use mypoints for my free meal. Well when I was able to scan the cashier Brooke said I didn't scan for the free points. I tried againand explained the situation about updating my app and what happened last time. She told me "Well you should of updated beforecoming here!" I was soooooo disgusted about her rudeness that I had to leave the food and the restaurant before I reacted forher she treated me. Whoever makes the prices is obviously smoking crack!! The value for the money is hardly worth it, everything is extra charge and... if you want double meat it?s now an up charge of $8!!! Okay went in on a busy day I got my food and it was delicious as always but I don?t think this place can handle the amount of... customers coming in. Customer service at this location continuously goes down. I came here to avoid the poor service at the Gervais location- and it... was even worse.
