Very rude and lazy customer service. The lady at 8:30pm who took our order was very lazy to add more of what ever we choose. It... could be lettuce, sour cream or even rice she was very lazy and rude to put it for our order. Our pickup order was supposed tobe ready at 8:10pm and we got it at 8:40pm. Went tonight. We walked in to a line of people and most of the staff just standing there joking around with each other, chatting... it up. The girl making the plates was the only person I saw working (she had on a choker necklace). The food was low and she hadto go get the refills from the back herself. She asked for help to which she was pretty much laughed at and told no. The linejust got longer and she just continued to smile politely and help everyone as fast as she could. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW I WOULD ????????????Disrespectful puff ball girl opened doors 10mins late. Didn't even open... door for THE LINE of customers. Once inside puff ball girl finishes frying ANOTHER basket of chips. I asked the light skin girlmaking the food if she could tell the puff ball girl that I would like chips with no salt. PREVIOUSLY TOLD IF CAME WHEN THEYFIRST OPENED I COULD. they proceed to act as if they didn't hear my request. And makes my sisters food. They then skip meCOMPLETELY and go to man behind me. I let her know I was ordering food if they got my chips I had asked for. She asks puffballand she goes to hide in the back. Absolutely disgusting. Went in around 11:20 am for lunch and was advised you could only order on the app. Now I see why. The... food was all day old. The rice was hard and clumpy, chicken dry and guacamole brown. I tried but couldn?t eat most of it.Obviously this was all from the day before. Avoid at all costs as it will ruin chipotle for you.
