She... was with a school group and had the location of the Chipotle incorrect. When Hakeem realized I had the wrong location he calledthe manager of the correct location on his cell and verified that her jacket was safely put away in the office. If zero stars were an option that?s what I would put?let me start by saying this is the WORST location in Columbia by far. We... went there when they first opened and and it was clearly not like the others.. first off the portions of meat were laughable atbest and customer service was dry. Since then everyone we know has had the same sentiment. So we just avoided spending our moneythere. Yesterday we decided to give them a second chance. Worst mistake. There was one customer in front of us and the cashierwent through a laundry list of items they didn?t have..Basically half of their menu and toppings. When we heard that we justwalked out. Plus the line was disgusting with all kinds of filth from what looks like hours of operation. There was trash on thefloor?just nasty in general. It?s clear looking at these reviews that the owner/management CLEARLY doesn?t care about customerexperience. I like Chipotle, but this location is always a disaster. The service is always slow and haphazard, despite a large number of... employees working. I've been double charged before and pick up orders are never ready one-time. The restaurant kitchen anddining area are always relatively dirty, and they are always out of something. Today they were out of taco shells, so I got abowl. They slopped about 3 pounds of rice, beans, and meat in there, to the point it was comically ridiculous and there was noroom for veggies. The chips were soggy on the bottom for some reason and were salted to the point of being inedible. I justended up throwing out almost everything. Read more
Since you can?t call these people on the phone without getting re-routed to Chipotle?s 800 number to discuss food quality... issues, I?ll leave it here for the world to see. Ordered a chicken bowl (for 11.50 lmao) on Uber Eats (always a mistake butwhatever) and received it quickly, so points there. The chicken was burnt and there were grill scrapings in my food, some ofwhich ended up being eaten. First off? maybe clean the grill? Second, when someone orders sour cream and doesn?t specify extra,is it customary to cover the entire content of the bowl in 1/2? of sour cream? I wanted part of a spoonful?. Not half thecontainer. And third, the beans weren?t seasoned at all. Tasted like you poured hot water on them and served them to me. If Icould give 0/5 for laziness and just not caring enough to make it an even decent experience, I would? maybe these guys can pullit off in person but I would advise not using any mobile ordering.
