I placed an order online. I picked it up and went back to work. When I opened it, it was wrong. Sliced brisket instead of... chopped, only 2 sauces instead of 4, a small side of green beans instead of medium. I tried calling the store multiple times,but no one would answer. One time, someone picked it up, but they just stayed silent for a few seconds and hung up. I wouldn'treally be upset if it was just the sliced instead of chopped... but the rest of the errors are things I PAID for and did notreceive. Drink machine has been broken for almost a month now. I don't know why this wouldn't have been fixed within a week. It's... ridiculous to run a restaurant and not be able to provide drinks. I ordered three weeks ago and it was broken, ordered againtoday and it's still broken. They don't even have tea. Why has this not been fixed or another solution for providing drinksfound? Was offered an extra side to replace my drink, why would I want an extra side in place of a beverage? That doesn't makesense at all. This place it's horrible no Air no drinks Ice Tea with NO ICE! That's like having grape ???? Kool Aid. The food was cold, the... place is filthy and looks like it had never been cleaned, although, the server was very friendly and respectful. As a visitorvisiting from out of town wanting good food I should have checked the reviews first before walking in. Upon walking in I'mthinking to myself do they clean this place? I do wish to get a refund I spent $17.85 for a meal that was horrible anddisgusting and not fresh. You can't blame the server. I look forward to reaching out to the Health Board so they can go outthere and look at the place. It's a crying shame AND it's Black Owned. A few years ago, when I first experienced Dickey's, it was fantastic! I could have easily given a 4 or 5 star rating. But when I... went there for a second time last week, in hopes of some delicious brisket, I was sadly disappointed. This restaurant deserves 0stars. Where is that rating? First sign of this restaurant being in distress was, while sitting in my car talking on the phonein front of the restaurant, the two team members that were taking the trash out, had a grease leak on the sidewalk, because theyput grease in a trash bag. Wow!! Then a woman (probably owner or manager) comes out with a pot of soapy water and pours it onone part of the stretch of grease, not all - and left. No one attempted to scrub or cleaned up the grease. That was nasty anddefinitely a hazard, because pedestrians could slip on the grease. And it looked disgusting. I went inside to order, anyway. Iordered brisket and ribs, but they were out of ribs...OKAAAAY...a BBQ restaurant with no ribs? So, I opted for the pull pork.Then I ordered mac and cheese and fried okra. I was told that I couldn't order fried okra, because the fryer was down...OKAAAAY.So, I couldn't order any fried sides...not cool. I've never witnessed anything like this. So, I ordered green beans...that Ididn't even want. After placing the order, I looked around the restaurant. The dining area was dirty and I noticed the drinkmachine had an "Out of Order" sign on it. I was done! I canceled my order and left the restaurant. Why is this restaurant stillin business? Where is DHEC? This was my worst restaurant experience EVER. Nothing special. Never got an order right from them either pickup or delivery. The employees or the manager do not care about... anything. I doubt there is a mop or a dustpan anywhere in the place. Rude employees, dirty restaurant, garbage service. Lookingat the reviews even the franchise or company above this store do not care. Lots of the same reviews as mine. I wonder what thestore managers, regional mangers or corporate get paid for in regards to this store. Read more
