This restaurant made my sandwich wrong. I wasn?t able to return to the establishment to get it fixed same day due to work. When... I returned the young lady at the register was very kind and states that she remembered me but the manager was not willing toreplace my order bc I didn?t have the receipt. I advised I can pull up my online banking app to show proof of purchase and thatI was in the establishment. The manager would not right the wrong of firehouse. Customer service is non existent, place is dirty, employee was on break and sleeping at the entrance to the building, manager... was working on paperwork in the middle of the restaurant, no one wanted to take my order. Do not recommend. Read more
Ordered two engineers with pickles on the side. The pickles were made with over-ripe cucumbers and the skins were inedible... (thick and hard). Told the staff and got an answer that this was an exception (my luck). The staff gave four additional piecesto try. They all tasted the same. Firehouse should not have bought the pickle and given it to its customers! Read more
This place needs to get it together. I put in an online order for pickup at 12:35pm on June 18th of 2022. I put the order in at... 12:05. Thirty minutes to get three sandwiches done. I arrived in time and was told they were finishing it up. It was 12:37 atthat time. They asked me ten minutes later what was wrong as I was still there with no order and I told them I was stillwaiting. We got our bag from the worker and he gave me someone else's order entirely! They didn't even have my order. The foodwas okay but it was subpar to the location closer to my home. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was an awful experience. Thepeople were rude and had an attitude. Especially the cashier with the septum in her nose when I asked about my order. She rolledher eyes and didn't even try to be nice or kind.
