I will start off by saying they have great lunch and take out salad options. However they frozen tray of chicken parmigiana was... the worst I have ever tasted in my life, and embarrassing serving to my Italian family members. I defrosted it and cooked itaccording to the directions. The breading was soggy from sitting in the sauce on the bottom of the tray. It tasted like it wascountry fried steak breading and not Italian breadcrumbs. It was thick and had a bitter sweet taste which made the chicken tastefunky. NO ONE ate it. $35.99 down the drain. We all threw it out. I decided to go this route to make my life easier havingfamily over. As an Italian it was a disaster. All of their other food is quite tasty, but I would steer clear of the Italianfood. Read more
Love this place, prolly hit this spot at least 2 or 3 times a week.. definitely better than Starbucks? also whoever is crying... about not being waited on at their table I don?t believe they do that you gotta stand in line like every other American.. Read more
Fairly good food, pretty average but terrible service. We were sitting in there for 15 minutes until someone finally came to our... table when we were one of three tables filled. A boy who worked there came over and was so kind and apologized no one had comeyet it wasn?t even his table. He told our waitress to serve us but she still didn?t. Food took forever to come out and then thewaitress finally came at the very end to put the check down. The one younger boy was very nice but the older server washorrible. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I understand serving isn?t always the best, however when there?sonly three tables full on a Saturday I think you should be able to do your job. Indoor and outdoor seating here is lovely. Food was simply delicious! Staff was wonderful as well as helpful despite being... slammed with a very large party.
