Literally the worst pizza place ever. Placed my order online my estimated pick up time was 7:12p. Got to the restaurant around... 7:10p. Checked my tracking at 7:15p it stated my food was ready. I went inside expecting my pizza to be ready instead was toldmy order wasn?t ready they didn?t see it come through. When I inquired how that was possible considering I received thenotification my order was ready. The lady then stated ?when it says that it means it?s going into the over so it?ll be aboutanother 15-20mins.? So obviously they are marking orders as ready to keep their ?handle time? down. It?s currently 7:35p and myorder still isn?t ready. **update finally got my order at 7:45p? and guess what order was wrong I ordered & paid for 2pepperoni mag when I brought it to their attention the manager literally looked at it & laughed then said she would remake it. Ijust asked for a refund because at that point I was way past frustrated. Needless to say they will not get any more of mybusiness I?ll stick with Dominos! Read more
I should of read the reviews before I ordered....I to place an order on the app and arrive at the time it said it would be... ready. When I arrived it was not ready and I was told it would be another 5-10 minutes. I was ok with that but then that turnedinto 1 hour later. I waited a whole hour for 1 pizza that was placed on the so called 'broken app that does not give you thecorrect time" for pickups. I was a loyal customer but I will never be back. Always fresh and order always made correctly. Have to receive delivery through third party app and worth it. Other local pizza... chains in area are terrible. Read more
I ordered on the app. The wait time was 35 minutes which is way slower than normal, but I can accept that. I arrived on time and... was told by the rude cashier that my order would take 30-45 minutes. I showed him my email and pickup time and he said well,that?s just our wait times. I asked him why it was so off from the app and he flippantly said yeah the app times are off. Irequested a refund. After talking to the kitchen staff, he said it would take 3-5 business days to show back up in my bank. Noapology. No explanation. I have never been treated so flippantly and rude at a Marcos. I always ask them to put the toppings out to the edge so it doesn't have a two inch crust & light on the sauce. Once again all... the bacon & mushrooms were piled high in the middle & not out to the crust but it had a lot of sauce close to the edge & verylittle cheese out there.
