Place very busy when we arrived. We had to wait in a line, but not for too long, customers were taken care of very quickly!... After placing our orders we received our drinks and then we found a clean table to sit at. We really didn't wait all that long,maybe 10 minutes, and then our food arrived! Everything was just as expected! My club sandwich was great and my mother loved herspud! ???? We both received great customer service! Before we left I got a refill of lemonade instead of sweet tea. The service was great, no points off there. But when I got on the road and opened the food what was that little tiny baby... sandwich? I was so confused. I got the southwestern chicken or something that looked like their most hefty sandwich by theingredients. It was this little baby sandwich with tiny ingredients inside the entire thing was bread. I hate it in two bitesand was starving afterwards. I expected sandwiches packed with meats and cheese, fresh greens, sauce, thick with ingredients andsharp flavors. I hand been since college and it is not the same at all. Also the menu shows soft drinks being $1.40 and when Iordered one it was $3+ on the bill. I attended this location For lunch with my mother on December 4, 2022. I had a phenomenal veggie sandwich with broccoli and... cheddar soup. My mother Loved her Ruben with the chili soup. We both got loaded spuds to take home because we were definitelyfull. The customer service was great as far as Danielle. She seemed like a New Hire she was very communicative smile and 1000%Great customer service from Danielle. Daniel seemed like she was under trained for her position to deal with a lunch line at 12o?clock by herself. She got one thing wrong on the order and her manager Jennifer was very snotty, very dismissive and adamantthat she gets it right. That interaction that I seen at the front counter was disgusting to me. Especially me being a businessowner and having employees myself it bothered me to see a manager treat a new hire employee in a mainline position.
