Lied and told me that they were closed when the store doesn?t close until 11pm. It was 10pm. The other day, I was doing Uber,... trying to pick up my order and it took 20 minutes for them to prepare my meal. They treated three other customers in front of mypoorly. They threw my bag on the counter and when I told them drinks came with the order, the girl caught an attitude, tellingme the drinks were in the bag. The rest of the staff started to murmur and say things under their breath. The staff always givesterrible service and acts like you better not say anything thing to them. Had a little issue but it was quickly resolved with no problems. One of the best Mickey D's in Columbia. Food was very fresh.... First time being here and it was worth it. Out of all the other locations this one gave me the best experience!!!! Read more
While we all know fast food really isn't that great for you it's usually more of a convenience factor and when it takes you 13... minutes to get from the microphone to getting your bag of food handed to you it's no longer a convenience. Not sure why but thisparticular McDonald's which I only stop at about three times a year when I'm down in the Columbia area is notorious for eitherbeing out of food totally messing up the order like absolutely just not even close to being correct or it takes way longer thanevery other McDonald's. No receipt from kiosk, didn't know my pickup number. Wife ordered 6 pc nuggets, she only got 5. Observed someone in a blue MD... shirt walking with no cane, wheelchair, walker, crutches, air tank to a car parked in the Handicapped slot. Watched her do thisseveral times. No one was at front counter to tell them that the OJ was watered down. Saw 2 people leave because no one washelping them to order. Will never stop at this location again. Read more
