I have had problems with this restaurant before, but was hoping they get it right but I guess nit. Today, October 20 @ 250pm I... had a mobile order. They gave me my drink and told me to pull to the yellow line. Ten cars passed ne and I know I waited 10-15minutes. I got out of my car went in a waited about 3 minutes and told them I been waiting for my mobile order.and no o ecame out. I told them to keep that five dollars cause I was not waiting anymore. This place needs some serious help. Itdoesn't make sense fir this to keep happening. BUT my dollar's may not mean much to you, but trust me this time I will notbe back. I moved through the drive through line fairly quickly. When I get to the window to pick up my order the young was not friendly... at all and had a frown on her face. I ordered two chicken sandwiches. You would think they'd be the same but not the case. Onewas made just right and was good. The other sandwich was luke warm, no mayo and very little lettuce. It will be a while before Igo back. This is the 2nd time I've gone to this McDonald's In the last 2 weeks. They are supposed to be open at 6 AM and neither time... have they Been open. The 1st time I was there at 6:20 AM AM and today I was there at 6:10 AM.There was one of the workerssitting outside by the signs smoking a cigarette. Don't get me wrong, I love going to this McDonald's if I'm going to eat atMcDonald's. The service is usually very fast and the employees are very friendly. This happened also at the McDonald's onparklane.If you're supposed to be open at 6 AM you should be open and ready to go. It's really disappointing. Read more
Worst drive thru this side of the Mississippi, blatantly ignore the drive thru hours before it closes so they don?t have to take... orders. The night crew might be the laziest workers I?ve ever seen in my life, this happens every single time past 10:30, if youdon?t want to work, quit. Read more

Denying service of paid product. McDonald's sent a receipt of purchase confirmation, and I showed it to the manager(and a couple... other employees-"Don't feel the other employee's akownolged my jester to view the receipt," and the employee's seemed to, as ,Ithought, were preparing my order,(LD78-MOBILE).
