I would have to say this is this first time I will not go to an establishment not for the negative reviews but because of the... response to the negative reviews from management. I'm new to the area and always read positives and negative reviews on Googlereview and im always looking for the next spot to bring friends and family to when they visit. I also pay attention to howmanagement resond to the complaint. The management here is so rude to me and take everything offensively. I can understand thenegative review seen like an attack to the owner established, but, you have to remember the customer satisfaction is your goaland that goes to the negative responders, u want them to come back, just a thought. I stopped by Mesha's on yesterday for the first time in a while due to a lifestyle change. Mesha's is on my way home and wanted... to pick up something to celebrate. There was no line around 12 ish????????, which there is normally long lines. I really didn'tpay attention to all the selections in the display window, because the Strawberry Shortcake Cheese and the Peach CobblerCheesecake caught my attention. I added wet walnuts to my Strawberry Cheesecake(I didn't take a picture prior to divulging intoit). Both Cheesecakes were delicious. My Lord????????! Listen I love me a good Strawberry Cheesecake, Red Velvet Cake and Red Velvet Cheesecake!! I was looking (for 2... days) for a place to get a nice good piece of Strawberry Cheesecake for my daughter?s birthday yesterday because she only wanteda slice. And I didn?t want no grocery store cheesecake. I was upset that we don?t have a Cheese Cake Factory in Columbia?????..but baby this place right here is so delicious and now I am not upset anymore????. I would give 5 stars but they only get 3 due to customer service. The lady that checks you out (I should have asked her name) is... aggravating about letting you pick your own slice of cake. Every slice is not the same and even if she feels that it is, as apaying customer (and the prices are not cheap) let the customer CHOOSE which piece of cake they want to spend their money on.Every time I go, I may see a bigger slice or one with more icing and she?ll say ?they are all the same from the same cake? blahblah. Seriously, shut up and just let the customer choose what they want. This won?t stop me from going but I hope they see thisand tell her to stop doing that. Read more
