Ordered a pizza on August 26 it was soggy had a manager tell me my next pizza was free. My wife placed a pre-order to be delivered for dinner. 20 min after it should have arrived, we called to check. ?Oh uhhh it?s... out for delivery.? Another 15min go by. We called again. And got hung up on (twice) while being placed on hold. Finally, shegoes to the store to check on our order because it?s ridiculous, and we paid online. ?Oh yeah, we have it here!? When shequestioned why it hadn?t been delivered 1:15 prior to her showing up, they first said oh well we went to deliver but you didn?tanswer the door. No, we have a video doorbell. Ohhhh well we tried to call you. Nope, no missed calls. No messages. No emails.No smoke signals. No pizza. After giving her a terrible attitude, they agreed to credit her account.
