This is by far the worst Smoothie King I?ve been to and I really don?t understand how they?re still open. Tried this location on... 3 different occasions getting my usual meal replacement and they do not follow ingredients at all. Definitely do not go here ifyou have any allergies because you will not get what you order. WORST SMOOTHIE KING PLACE EVER, since management has changed. My husband has been going here for the past 2 years and recently... the service has been VERY INCONSISTENT in terms of customer service, and the closing times. Tried to use the app to order on my way home & ended up being out over $30+ as according to the manager they hadn't gotten any... mobile orders. I asked for a refund as store credit or money as it had already been taken out of my account. Even after I showedtheir policy of talking to the local store reguarding refunds, I was told they do no so refunds. While I like their smoothies, Iwill not be patronizing the local franchise for extremely bad service Post update: still have not see the refund put back in myaccount per the manager of this franchise said I would. I place my order for a free twenty ounce smoothie, asking for the maximum amount of proteinin it. The employee informs me this is not included in it, despite being a twenty ounce drink.
