I want to say this is the less friendly and professional Subway I have been at. I am from the Indiana. I am here visiting... getting family ready for semester. I decided to order threw the app. I went to location which I thought it was I was wrong I canadmit that. I tried call the correct store 6 times no answer. Finally I talk to your associate and she said she can can't cancelmy order no problem. So I decided to go get my order. I arrived at the restaurant and she her manager cancelled the order. Iasked her will I be receiving a refund? Or is their a void receipt? She became rude and tried calling her manager once noanswer. My kicker is I sat down so we can figure this out 2 minutes later she has a void receipt. So she was able to void it butdon't know if I will receive a refund. For a Subway to be close to college and no customer service or basic knowledge of theSubway Policies are red flags to not a successful franchise. Going above and beyond is calling me letting me know the order canbe cancelled and set an expectation of the situation. Read more
I came to this location at 6:50 p.m. no one was in the store no one was up front no customers no workers I waited there for 3 or... 4 minutes I said hello then a alarm sound went off and a lady came from the back went straight to the register grab to go ordersfrom Uber eats and another delivery place never acknowledged I was ever there didn't say hello didn't say I the delivery driverwalked in after me and she proceeded to help her and not say a word to me she said that she was going to make her delivery orderright away then after standing there for another 2 minutes she never acknowledged I was even in the store this is the worstcustomer service I have ever had in any establishment they will no longer have my business which I know may not affect thehundreds and thousands of dollars that keep this establishment open but poor customer service poor human decency I may add willkeep my money from being spent at this Subway location. I've been in the Subway location plenty of times where they were verybusy and they were very slow but to be the only person in the store not to be acknowledged whatsoever after a total of almost 10minutes of being in there and wanting to enjoy a sandwich I walked out empty-handed but the rudest customer service ever.
