Horrible customer service at this location. Chicken was not cooked properly. Fries were not seasoned. They forgot to send our... drinks with door dash and then refused to give us the drinks. They really need to hire new management. Whoever is there nowdoesn't act like they even want to be there. Rude and unapologetic. Even after my disabled uncle walked 30min up there to getour drinks, he was sent back without them and I was told to reorder through door dash. We spent $60+ on this order. Read more
I placed an order at 9:17 and it said it would be ready at 9:29. My money was taken and the order was not fulfilled. The manager... would make it though drive-thru was open and told me to come back tomorrow. I was yelled at and hung up on. The manager was veryrude. I didn?t eat dinner to say the least. I am frustrated with the lack of professional and ability to think critically. Zaxby's has good quality food. Most of the time when we go to this place for lunch they were pack. When we ate the next time... around 12:00 pm they were not. I would say that the employee was patient and helpful because she made sure I got my food andmade conversation relating her her job. She seem to be doing a fantastic job. Waited in line exactly 40 minutes. Guess they were trying the system they have at chic filet. Complete failure!! Then after... leaving they did not put zax sauces in any of the bags which we ordered FOR chicken. Couldn't go inside, door locked. linewrapped around building!! Just left with no dipping sauce.
