Only reason the atmosphere got a 2 was because of the truckers making jokes about the service. Slow service. My Beef n Cheddar... tasted like it was made yesterday. Fries were hot was the only reason the food category got a 1. Read more
Two employees spent more time flirting with one another rather than taking and filling orders. It took over 25 minutes to have... my order taken. They messed up almost everyone?s order that was placed before mine. They didn?t give me the sauces and napkinsas requested. I waited for someone to come to the counter over 10 minutes. No one ever came. I went behind the counter andhelped myself. The rest of the employees as just as helpless. What should have been a 10 minute stop turned into 45 minutes.This is a travel stop. People expect to be in and out and back on the road within an allotted time. Service was absolutelyterrible. Do better! Read more
It used to be 24 hours now it closes at 10 p .m. But it is connected to Love's travel stop which is 24 hours ! Plenty of parking... spots. Right off of I-65 South freeway Exit 46! Prices vary from cheap (Happy Hour 2 p.m- 5 p.m) to affordable ($10 or less)before taxes. Read more
Its great, I've had Arby's onec in each state I've lived(5) just to remind myself why I don't eat at Arby's. So I moved to TN... and there's Arby's so I go and eat, BEST Arby's sandwich I've ever had. I have no idea why or what they could possibly dodifferently than the other chains but I've been back multiple times now I love it. And the folks that work there are some of thenicest best service I had in any fast food chain, also not sure how this is possible at a truck travel stop fast food joint butthey're ya go I guess weirder stuff has happened. This Arby's was in a Love's truck stop sort of place. We were traveling from Alabama to Nashville. The sandwich was really good... with a more than ample amount of roast beef. We ordered the straight fries instead of the curly fries, but we got a littlebonus, two or three curly fries mixed in. The staff was friendly and helpful.
