I didn't even want to give a star. Tonight was my first time to try Firehouse Sub. I walked in and the woman behind the counter... stoxking didn't even look up or say Hi. Then another woman came out carrying boxes and looked right at me and didn't say a wordyet looked at me as if you need to move. I said is this the norm for the employees to be rude. Customers are the reason you twohave a job and I walked out. I will never go back into a Fire house sub that ride uncalled for experience ruined me. If anyoneasks I will give my experience and say if you want to be treated badly then go. Nothing good will ever come out my mouth aboutthis company. Read more
