Our sandwiches were put together poorly and a mess. Watched a lady clean the tables and booths but not the floors under them... that are filthy and disgusting. Booth and chairs are all tore up and nasty. Read more
Every time I come here the drive thru is sooooo slow. It takes 5 plus minutes between orders. If there are 4 cars in front of... me, I am waiting 20 minutes. They take each car one at a time and leave you at the order speaker till the person in front ofyou is done and served. Never seen another Arbys handle traffic the way they do. Read more

Pleasant staff, fast service. But it's a 50/50 chance you'll get hot fries. Worse odds if you go drive thru, and then you have... to decide if you want to go back thru or go in to get fresh. Why are fries so hard to serve fresh? I suspect workers know verywell they shouldn't be serving lukewarm fries, but they count on customer complacency and lack of customer's time to complain,to continue their lazy prep. Read more
