Refused access to bathroom Told cleaned and locked at 8pm daily. No exceptions. Then the girl there was hanging out front... canoodling while my bladder suffers. Extremely disappointed. Read more
This location used to be an awesome place to walk to every morning, pick up a coffee and some donuts and be friendly with the... staff. I used to spend money here almost daily. Currently? Not the same vibe as before. It's a very negative vibe now. The staffjust seem unhappy and it reflects in their service and attitude. I've observed how some of the staff talk to customers and evento one another, and it's just very rude & unprofessional sounding. Management, store manager included, must be pretty bad theresince so many normal employees seem unhappy. Besides rude and unprofessional staff, the store is poorly maintained and stocked.It's dirty (restrooms and coffee area ????), there's outdated hot and cold food, & the cooler is very poorly stocked. I alsooverheard a conversation between two employees about there possibly being a pest problem. I used to shop here almost daily abouta month or two ago and the place seemed better maintained back then. Hardly any outdated food on the sales floor, the cooler wasactually full of products and had no outdated milk. This location has just gone downhill. Whoever manages this location needs todo better. I will no longer be spending money at this location unfortunately. And if anyone in my neighborhood asks how good orbad this Holiday is, I'll tell them BAD and to spend their money elsewhere. Terrible service in none of the pumps was worth paying $50 wait about 30 minutes for the money to be returned to me at the end... they did not want to return the money, but they told me to load fuel into another machine. Read more
This store is terrible. The staff are rude, there?s never a set time for hours and the store is a mess. The coffee creamer is... usually empty when I arrive at 7am. Maybe I?m the only person who I drinks coffee in the morning. Will be driving out of my wayto go to another store. Read more
