Never saw server but one tome. Food was pretty good...
My sister and I dined in for lunch on a Tuesday. They seemed to have been a little short staffed but our waitress did an... outstanding job! She was extremely friendly and kind. I wish I could remembered her name. She worked in the bar area. She madesure that we always had a glass of coke. Our food was delicious and full of flavor. I had the shrimp,chicken, and steak fajitas.The steak was on the chewy side but other than that it was on point. My sister enjoyed the spicy chicken pasta dish and ourappetizer was excellent as well. It has been a whole since we ate at Chili's. I'm so glad that we decide to do our date night there. Customer service was... excellent and very attentive to our needs. Good affordable prices. The food was very hot and delicious. We will visit again. Isuggest date nights. Read more
Haven't ate inside for a few years now, however gladly MY service was great. I can't say the same for the guys sitting infront... of me. The manager did come out and fixed it for them and was extremely nice about it (both her and the gentlemen). I was veryglad to see that the help inside didn't change. Checked in online to speed up the wait time. Arrived 30min later and the hostess informed us there would be a 45min wait. I... informed her we checked in online and she said, "well our tablet is dead and we don't check in anyways. Our kitchen is backed upand we aren't seating anyone." Keep in mind the restaurant was nowhere near full with plenty of available seating. This is oursecond attempt with Chili's in Columbus and both times this hostess has told us the same story with her nasty attitude. I'mwriting this review in hopes that someone doesn't wait their time like we did...I'm very pleased that Texas Roadhouse was ableto accommodate us after this experience. Read more
