This has got the to be the worse chipotle I have ever ate at , staff was all nasty looking and the store was disgusting on the... inside . Floors were horrible nasty and all table?s nasty as well . Food portion was a total rip off . This store needs majorhelp . Read more

All of the staff including the very new cashier were outstanding in the service they provided me. Unfortunately, when I scanned... my app for a free entrée it didn't process and it disappeared from my coupons. When the manager came to assist she dideverything short of calling me a liar threatening to review the video. I encouraged her to do so. It took about 20 min for herto reappear. She did give me my discount and told me not to return to "her" store again. I've never been banned from anywherebefore. I was appalled because I wasn't angry, loud or upset. I asked if she saw me scan my app twice, as that is what shechecked the video to see. She refused to acknowledge that I did scan it twice. Once for the membership and second for thecoupon. I go here a lot but the reason I am giving 2 stars is because when you drive 20 minutes to a restaurant that says they are open... and you get there and it says on their door they are only taking online orders it is absolutely ridiculous. IF YOU ARE SHORTSTAFFED THEN ONLY TAKE IN STORE ORDERS.people understand when you say you are short staffed so it might take longer but when YOULOCK THE DOOR people don?t understand. Good food. But the manager or whoever runs the restaurant is not the brightest. BADBUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered through GrubHub. Good delivery experience. That's where it ends. Bowl was garbage. Two teaspoons of blended textured... carnitas, missing toppings and an off-putting taste from the red- chilli salsa. It was bitter and overly spicy. The chips withthe queso were so stale, you had to chew them for an hour. My son's barbecoa quesadilla was more of a burrito, well it was aburrito so there was a great deal of meat. Points for that but they omitted his salsa. Another deduction. Just horribly bad!Didn't even feed the scraps to my dog! ***UPDATE*** NOV 14, 2022 Food poisoning ???? Never again!
